t is critical that all activities and components installed for use in challenge course programs are appropriate for the clientele and help facilitators successfully meet their program's goals. At Northeast Adventure we guarantee that all of the activities we install will meet with your satisfaction or we will alter or rebuild, or replace it with a comparable activity at no additional cost, or remove the activity and issue a full refund for its cost.
Our belief is that if an activity is not effective or does not enhance the quality of a program, it has no value in our client's challenge course program. Successful relationships with our clients are based on our ability to provide quality services and expertise. By working together with our clients we can ensure their satisfaction.
 Warranty
Courses built by Northeast Adventure, LLC, are guaranteed for two years from the date of installation for all workmanship completed by its staff and materials used, provided Northeast Adventure is hired to perform the course's first annual Safety Inspection. If Northeast Adventure is not hired to perform the annual safety inspection, this warranty is good for only one year.

Northeast Adventure is a Professional Vendor Member of the Association of Challenge Course Technology (ACCT), a business member of the American Camping Association and the Association of Experiential Education.
All Installations, Trainings, and Inspections are completed in accordance with Standards set by ACCT.
Northeast Adventure promotes positive ethical practices in all areas of our business, as well as in the industry and as a whole between vendors and clients.
Limits of Liability
Northeast Adventure, LLC, cannot be held responsible for any damages resulting from misuse, abuse, proper, or improper use of their equipment or activities installed by their staff. The purchasers or users of these products are responsible for obtaining proper instruction from qualified organizations to ensure safety for participants on their course.
Northeast Adventure is a full service Challenge Course company, offering standard and custom designed elements, installation, skills training, inspections, and repairs.
