Northeast Adventure

Challenge Courses

Northeast Adventure is proud to offer the highest quality challenge course design and installation services for organizations wishing to install their challenge course using utility poles.

Some of the benefits of utility pole installation are:

Unique opportunities for programs that may not have suitable trees for a traditional challenge course or are concerned about the impact that hardware will have on the health of their trees

Significantly less maintenance than tree courses

Properly treated utility poles can last up to 30 years before replacement is necessary

Hardware lasts longer because tree growth over hardware is non-existent

They allow for custom design of Climbing Towers and other climbing structures

In order to get the full benefits that a Pole Course can provide for your program, it must be properly designed to be structurally sound in addition to meeting your program's needs. Pole courses require specific knowledge in the design and engineering of pole structures in order to ensure they will be able to withstand the loads placed on them by participants for years to come.

The installation of utility poles requires equipment designed specifically for drilling and setting poles. Northeast Adventure specializes in the installation of utility poles in all types of environments and soil conditions, including rock. We own and operate our own pole setting equipment, reducing the need for outside contractors.

Northeast Adventure also supplies and delivers wood utility poles in all sizes and pole classifications.
